Slow drains, backups, and foul odors are no match for Mark The Plumber. Professional drain snaking serving Burnet County, Llano County, and the entire Highland Lakes area of Central Texas.
A Note from Mark
“Skip the chemical drain cleaners — they eat your pipes and rarely fix the real problem. One professional snake job clears what chemicals can’t and won’t damage your plumbing.”
How often should drains be professionally cleaned?
Most households benefit from a professional drain cleaning every 1–2 years, or immediately when you notice a slow drain. Kitchen drains that handle a lot of grease may need it more often.
Are chemical drain cleaners safe to use?
We recommend against them. Chemical drain cleaners generate heat that can damage PVC pipes and corrode older metal pipes. They also rarely clear the full blockage. A mechanical snake does the job right.
Multiple drains are slow at the same time — what does that mean?
When several drains are backing up simultaneously, it usually points to a blockage in the main sewer line rather than an individual drain. Call us right away — this can escalate to a sewage backup quickly.
